The Golden State Warriors had a magical run and finished as the 2015 NBA Champions. Andre Iguodala was crucial in the Finals but was asked to come off the bench the entire season. While down 2-1, Coach Kerr shuffled things up and threw Iggy back into the starting five. With the adjustment, the Dubs wouldn’t lose again.

It looks like next season the Warriors are looking to keep the same flow. Kerr looks to keep Iggy on the bench to pack a punch in the second unit. Iguodala read and retweeted a Mercury News article on the topic and “demanded” a trade:

A minute later, Iguodala clarified his tweet and admitted to joking around. Proving that winning trumps all, Iguodala has no problems with coming off the bench:

With 11 seasons into his career and two in the Bay, Iguodala has found a comfort. Looking like a perfect fit, he looks to continue with this Warriors core. Slowing LeBron James, scoring in transition, and bringing an uptempo play, Iggy brought home an extra trophy, the Finals MVP.
