Curry’s Case for MVP
Stephen Curry’s name has been mentioned in the MVP conversation all season. No game exemplified his impact better than December 18th v. the Thunder.
The Thunder roared out to a 30-13 lead. Durant scored 16 points in under 7 minutes and they could not miss. Curry’s calm demeanor helped steady the ship as the Warriors slowly chipped away at the lead. Curry ended with 34 points, 9 assists, 7 rebounds and 4 steals but more importantly had his finger prints over every key possession.
