This definitely isn’t breaking news. NBA players are randomly drug tested through out the course of the year and can be tested up to two times in the off-season. David Lee was the fortunate recipient of an NBA random drug test three days ago at his home in Malibu, CA and decided to commemorate the experience by sharing a picture on his Instagram account.
While we are all aware that NBA players are randomly tested, we never know what the process actually looks like. While the picture shows very little, it is still intriguing to get an inside look at how a professional basketball player gets tested. Most of us have been drug tested at one point in our lives, but not to this extent. Lee was thinking it was a regular morning in Malibu, but he gets his day started with some random guy showing up at his home to collect his urine. Seems like Lee doesn’t have anything to worry about, the cup in the picture looks very “healthy”
