The Thompson family definitely has the athletic genes running through their blood. Their father Mychal was once the first overall pick and is a two time NBA champion. Now he shares that bond with Klay. There’s also Mychal Jr. which played in the NBA for a few seasons but recently signed overseas. The youngest one Trayce recently was called up with the Chicago White Sox and has shined.
On Tuesday, he was the superstar of the game. Trayce went 3-4 and improved his batting average to a whopping .522. Obviously, with more batting attempts, the numbers will stabilized but he’s proven he belongs in the majors. Klay took to Twitter to praise the youngest brother:

Being a professional athlete, it’s hard to call anyone else better or more athletic. Klay shows his brotherly love and gave him the credit.
Apparently, the three would play basketball and Trayce, the baseball player would be able to hang with his basketball-playing brothers. For Trayce, it’s about staying consistent and getting the chance to play everyday. As long as Klay is rocking the championship ring, he will have the ultimate bragging rights.
