Neymar from the world’s most popular sport, soccer has a new haircut. According to CBS Sports, the forward claims the inspiration for the new hairdo stems from Steph:
Barcelona’s Neymar and the Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry aren’t all that different. After all, they are both winners and they are both prolific scorers. But do they look a bit similar? Neymar hopes so.
The Brazilian striker, who leads the Spanish league in scoring with 14 goals, said he changed his hair style recently to look like Curry, per Brazilian TV network Globo.
“I hadn’t used that hairstyle since 2009,” Neymar said.
“Stephen Curry style.”
Winning and playing at an elite level would do something like that. Neymar is best known of his long bangs and the golden color. Now sporting a clean look, the striker looks to garner success like Curry has. Both are currently the leading scorers in their respective leagues.
