Game 2 was a disappointment. Yes, the return of Mike Conley gave the Grizzlies a lift, but the Warriors still should have won that game. The turnovers need to stop and it’s unlikely the Warriors will struggle with their outside shooting again, so they need to move on from the loss and focus on regaining home court advantage.

The Warriors need more from Klay Thompson in Game 3 and he knows it. According to Diamond Leung of the Bay Area News Group, Thompson is looking to come out with more poise and passion in Game 3:

Thompson only scored 13 points and grabbed four boards in Game 2 and that is simply not going to cut it. The Warriors need him to be efficient and space the floor for the rest of his teammates. Thompson is usually quiet and reserved, but he might need to play with more passion. A conversation with Draymond Green could do him some good.

The Warriors don’t need Thompson to score 37 points in one quarter, but they do need him to be aggressive and knock down some clutch shots down the stretch.
