Jordan Crawford The Golden State Warriors have tried to find quality guards to back up Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, but have failed to do so. The Warriors traded for Jordan Crawford last season, but he wasn’t able to replicate the numbers he had with the Boston Celtics. Crawford is currently a free agent and it seems like his time in the Bay Area could soon be coming to an end.

Crawford has some upside and is capable of being a solid contributor, but the Warriors might not be interested in bringing him back. According to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports, several teams are interested in the 6-foot-4 shooting guard:

Last season Crawford showed some promise by averaging 13.7 points and 5.7 assists per game in 39 games with the Celtics. He earned Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors in early December, he put up 23.3 points and 6.7 assists per game during that stretch. However, he wasn’t able to produce those type of numbers in Golden State. Crawford saw his minutes cut and only scored 8.4 points with 1.4 assists in 42 games with the Warriors.

Now, several veteran teams are interested in his services. Crawford has potential and has proven he can score in this league, so there is no surprise he has various options available to him.
