Curry and wife 2

After easily defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night, Steph Curry and his wife traveled north to enjoy some football in Seattle. The Panthers and Seahawks were playing in the Divisional Round for a chance to advance to the NFC Championship game.

Curry became a Panthers fan growing up in North Carolina while his father was a member of the Charlotte Hornets. Curry is very vocal about his love for the Panthers, so he was not going to miss this game. Luckily, the Warriors don’t play until Tuesday, giving Curry the day off to enjoy it with his wife and root for the Panthers in a hostile environment.

Here’s some pictures of him at the game:

Curry is rocking a Cam Newton jersey, while his wife rocks a personalized Curry jersey. It looks like they were able to spend some time on the field and experience one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL. After putting up 23 points and 10 assists on the Cavs, Curry deserved some time off.

Unfortunately, the Panthers couldn’t get it done against the defending champs. They lost to the Seahawks 31-17. The Panthers will be back next year, but another fellow NBA players decided to rub it in while the wound was still fresh.
