Today, the NBA finally released the full regular season schedule. The Warriors will look to put the short postseason runs behind them and to open up the Steve Kerr coaching era on the right foot. To commence the regular season, the defending champions San Antonio Spurs will tip off against the Dallas Mavericks on October 28. The Warriors won’t play on the same night but will play the following night on the road on Oct. 29 versus the Sacramento Kings.

Fans will not have to wait long until the Warriors take on both Los Angeles teams. The Lakers and Clippers come to the bay in early November. From an early analysis, November won’t be a cakewalk. Besides the Southern California teams, the Dubs will also take on the Blazers, Rockets, Suns, Spurs, Thunder, and Heat.

If Derrick Rose can remain healthy, the Splash Bros. can take turns guarding him on December 6 on the road at the United Center. As many have hoped, the Warriors will play on Christmas Day. Gather around with your loved ones and catch them taking on Chris Paul and the Clippers in Los Angeles for the late evening game. After the Clippers, the Warriors will return home and see its six game homestand facing the Timberwolves, Sixers, Raptors, Thunder, Pacers, and the Cavs.

Don’t be surprised to see Klay Thompson going off against LeBron James, Kevin Love, and the Cleveland Cavaliers when they come to Oracle on January 9. One of the biggest basketball days also falls in January. This day is Martin Luther King Day and on the 19th most NBA teams will lace up the kicks and take the court. The Nuggets will come and play in a unique 1:00 PM afternoon game on that Monday.

The shortest calendar month (February) will bring the NBA All Star Game which will take place on the 15th in New York. It would be more than shocking if the Warriors didn’t have any All Stars. Starting February 22, the Warriors will pack their bags and head east on a six game road trip. On the itinerary, there will be stops in Indiana, Washington, Cleveland, Toronto, Boston, and Brooklyn.

March will be nice to the W’s as they have another six game homestand this time playing the Knicks, Lakers, Hawks, Hornets, Jazz and Wizards. They will occupy the Oracle Arena from March 14 – 23.
It’s a fact that the West will be tough. In case the Warriors need a playoff push; they fans can prove their presence and show why Oracle is the best arena. They will conclude the 2014-15 season with four home games versus the Trailblazers, Timberwolves, Grizzlies, and Nuggets.
