Guard Klay Thompson participated in the Warriors practice Monday morning and looked comfortable shooting the ball. The Warriors are expecting him to be ready for the NBA Finals, but first, he must pass all the concussion tests.

According to Diamond Leung of the Bay Area News Group, Thompson has not been cleared to play in Game 1 of the NBA Finals and will be reevaluated on Tuesday:

Thompson says the injury looked worse than it actually was. When blood started coming out of his ear it was alarming, but it turned out Thompson had an external cut to his ear that required three stitches.

Thompson says he feels great and fully expects to be cleared to play in Game 1. The game will take place June 4, which still gives the other half of the Splash Brothers a couple of more days to pass the concussion protocol.
