It starts with the Splash Brothers, the best backcourt in the NBA. Many people doubted them in every level of their career, but now they combine to make a lethal backcourt that just led the Warriors to an NBA title.

After the game, both were interviewed simultaneously while the Larry O’Brien sat in between them and both of them could not stop smiling. As the press conference was drawing to a close, Klay had to get something out of his system first and it was a touching moment:

After all that hard work and struggle over the last few years, it has culminated in an NBA championship. Klay feels great saying he plays for the best team in the world, which is officially a fact as of yesterday. However, he still was able to squeeze in a compliment for the league’s MVP.

LeBron told everybody after Game 5 that he was not nervous because he is the best player in the world. Curry is a bit more modest, so his fellow Splash Brother had to be the one that called him the best in the world. Curry responded with a simple “Appreciate it.”

Not only are the excellent role models, but this team got this far because they genuinely like each other. It’s never been about egos or who scores the most points, they just wanted to win and they’ve finally accomplished that.
