Keep an eye on the Greek Freak and the Black Falcon matchup.

1st Quarter

Klay Thompson and Draymond Green were ready and eager to play tonight and it showed. Together they scored the first nine points and they quickly had a three point lead. The Bucks were able to keep the lead small and close enough to be a threat. Steph Curry opted to join the party midway through the first quarter and he hit back to back triples to take the lead to nine. Green followed with two triples of his own and the Warriors were rolling offensively, but the Bucks kept the lead within single digits. The last three minutes of the quarter were a struggle offensively and the Warriors ended the quarter with a 25 to 19 edge.

2nd Quarter

The Bucks were off to a hot start and the former Sun, Tyler Ennis was hot. He scored the first five points for the Bucks and Ilyasova hit a triple that tied the game. After a rough start from the second unit, Klay Thompson came back into the game and the Warriors turned it around. They regained the lead after a few buckets from four of the players on the floor. After that the Warriors were in control and the lead began to grow. Five straight points from Thompson gave the Warriors the largest the lead of the game at  13. The Bucks weren’t going to go quietly, they responded with a 13-2 run and just like that the Warrior lead had dwindled to just two. It looked like the Warriors were going to go into halftime with just two point lead, but Michael Carter Williams hit a tough jumper to even the game at 53.

3rd Quarter

The second half started like the first half ended and the Warriors were quickly facing a seven point deficit. It took the Warrior about four minutes to score, but they finally hit some free throws to cut the lead to four. Thompson and Bogut were bringing the Dubs back and after another couple of buckets, the game was now tied. The Bucks were quick to come back and grab the lead again. Iguodala converted a four point play and he tied the game up at 66. Shaun Livingston hit two nice buckets to give the Warriors the three point lead with about two minutes left in the third. They traded baskets to end the quarter and the Warriors took a one point lead into the final period.

4th Quarter

Draymond Green knocked down a triple to get things started in the fourth quarter. Steph was also feeling it and he hit three straight triples to give the Warriors a 10 point lead, but there was still a lot of time left. Buckets from Iguodala and Green got the lead to 14, but Ilyasova hit a three to stop the bleeding. Livingston brought the hammer down and Oracle was rocking. The Warriors were in a great rhythm and everyone was getting involved. The Warriors maintained the lead at 10, but the Bucks were pesky and wouldn’t let the Warriors run away with it. Five straight points from Livingston took the lead to 13 with about a minute left in the game.
