Hilton Armstrong

The Golden State Warriors have waived Hilton Armstrong. The reserve big man was released at the conclusion of the victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers the team announced.

He was originally signed around mid-December as a call up from the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League. Armstrong was one of the 50 NBA players with a non-guaranteed deal that was scheduled to become fully guaranteed had he been on the Warriors’ roster on January 10, 2014 according to ESPN.com’s Marc Stein.

Armstrong appeared in seven games and 0.9 points and 2.3 rebounds in 4.0 minutes per contest.
